Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery within Australia is:

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, public holidays, weather events or other circumstances outside our control.
Multiple Shipments
Some products may be shipped directly from different fulfilment partners. This means that items from the same order may arrive separately and you may receive more than one tracking number.
You will not be charged additional shipping fees if your order is sent in multiple parcels.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please check your delivery details carefully before placing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that shipping details can be changed once an order has been processed or dispatched.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please check your tracking information first.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Parcels
Please contact us as soon as possible if your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit.
Where appropriate, we may request photographs, tracking information or other details so we can investigate the issue with the courier.
We are not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after being confirmed as delivered to the address provided.
Authority to Leave
Where available, couriers may leave parcels in a safe location. By selecting or accepting authority to leave, you acknowledge that the parcel may be left unattended at your own risk.
